Responsibilities
Tasks
• Conduct routine testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with PTI Foods’ quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and document food production processes, including mixing, cooking, packaging, and storage, to maintain consistency and prevent contamination.
• Assist in implementing and sanitation procedures within the manufacturing facility.
• Collect samples, perform basic laboratory analysis, and record results to support quality assurance and traceability requirements.
• Identify production or quality issues on the manufacturing floor and report findings to supervisors for corrective action.
• Support product development, shelf-life testing, and process improvements in coordination with production and quality teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with CFIA regulations and PTI Foods’ internal food safety policies.
